Completed in 2020 Refurrb Ltd had a significant role in the construction of The Guardsman Hotel. This is a purpose-built luxury boutique hotel that opened in 2020. The project was developed by Shiva Hotels, with architectural redesign by Studio Moren, interior design by Tonik Associates, and mechanical and electrical services designed by Dynamic Design Consultants. The hotel features 53 rooms and six residences, combining modern amenities with a design that reflects its historic surroundings.
