Refurrb Ltd had a significant role in the construction of the ‘Open Up’ at Royal Opera House  Project in 2018.

A £50.7 million renovation aimed at making the venue more accessible and welcoming to the public. This extensive refurbishment, led by Stanton Williams Architects, introduced new entrances, expanded foyers, and added a café, bar, and restaurant. A key feature of this project was the transformation of the Linbury Studio Theatre into the Linbury Theatre, providing an intimate performance space. The renovations also included a new ground-floor café and expanded public areas, inviting visitors to enjoy the space throughout the day, regardless of performance schedules.

These refurbishments reflect the Royal Opera House’s commitment to enhancing visitor engagement by blending cultural experiences with exceptional dining in a historic and inviting setting.
