This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and conversion of a mixed-use property, seamlessly blending commercial and residential elements. The upper floors, originally designated for commercial purposes, were transformed into luxurious, high-end residential apartments, offering modern and comfortable living spaces.

Meanwhile, the ground floor retail units underwent significant modernisation. These spaces were reconfigured into an open-plan layout, ensuring flexibility to accommodate a wide range of potential commercial tenants while enhancing the building’s overall appeal and functionality.

Given the building’s listed status, Refurrb Ltd meticulously adhered to stringent building control and conservation regulations throughout the project. Every aspect of the work was carefully planned and executed to preserve the building’s historic character while introducing modern enhancements.

The project, valued at £500,000, commenced in 2013 and reached completion in 2014, successfully combining heritage preservation with contemporary design and practicality.
